What I like:
The barn manager is nice. Some of the boarders are nice
What needs improvement:
The turnout. There is not a blade of grass and they now have too many horses for this property. The barn is very old and dark and wet. The footing in the tiny indoor if you could call it that is treacherous at best you would be better off riding your horse in an asphalt parking lot. The property itself is very wet, you need bog boots just to get around if it rains. I did not last long there, I moved out in 5 months basically stayed for the winter. The drama and phoney people were hard to take and for what you pay they charge a lot for the type of facility it is I just couldn't stay. I am a grown woman pushing 50 and the other "grown women" there act like 2 year Olds! I want to enjoy my horse not listen to someones trivial drama and be told well this one said this about you and that one said that about you.
