If you are interested in obtaining a stall at RBR, you must first become a member and then contact the Barn Manager to be placed on either the Stall Lease or Stall Purchase Wait List. To be eligible for the Stall Purchase Wait List you must be a member in good standing for at least six months, fill out a Stall Purchase Wait List application and submit a deposit to the board equal to one month's stall lease fee ($95.00). The Stall Purchase Wait List is first come, first served. Please be aware that stall availability is very limited, and that waits of several years are not uncommon.
There is also a Stall Lease Wait List, which is free, and you may be placed upon it as soon as you become a member. It is in alphabetical order and is only provided as a courtesy to RBR stall owners who are considering leasing their stall. Stall owners may lease to any member in good standing, whether on, or off the list. |
